Welcome to Eisenhower Elementary School!  Eisenhower is a wonderful place where students are loved, supported, and challenged.  Together we work hard, practice kindness, and have fun!
Calli Dado Principal
It is my pleasure to be Eisenhower's Principal and to get to work with the fabulous students, staff, parents, and Ike community members.  Prior to coming to Eisenhower, I was a principal and assistant principal for the Valparaiso Community Schools. Previous to my administrative roles, I taught Kindergarten, First Grade, and Title 1 remediation. I have a Master's Degree in Supervision and Administration from Indiana State University and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University.
I believe that students need to feel safe and respected in order to learn. It is my goal, as the school principal, to create a safe and effective learning environment where students are engaged and excited learners as they become college and career ready. Positive relationships between all school stakeholders is essential in maximizing student success. Please feel free to contact me to ask questions and share ideas. I look forward to partnering with you!

Assistant Principal - Alyssa Bell

I am so thrilled to join the Eisenhower team this 2022-2023 school year. I have enjoyed meeting so many students, parents, and community members these past few weeks. This is my first year working for Crown Point Community Schools and my 10th year in education. I taught 1st and 5th grade in the School Town of Munster and School City of Hobart. I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University West Lafayette.

I believe students learn best when they feel safe and supported in their learning. It is essential that school administrators help create this positive environment by building positive relationships not only with the students but with the parents, staff, and stakeholders within our school community. Together we can ensure our students receive the best education and continue to grow and learn. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or celebrations.

I look forward to building a partnership with all of you and getting to know all the members of the Ike community!
