Please be sure to notify your child’s teacher and office of dismissal changes, both temporary and permanent. You can do so by sending a note to school with your child indicating the change. In the event that a note is not provided, we ask that last minute changes are made by calling the school no later than 2:30 p.m. Please avoid emailing/messaging last minute changes to ensure all necessary staff are aware of information in a timely manner.
If you have not done so already, please verify that the contact information you entered into PowerSchool is accurate. You can do this by logging onto your PowerSchool account, clicking on Forms, and then selecting Student Contacts. Should you need to make changes, please call the front office.
Bussing information, including stop location and pick-up/drop-off times, is available by visiting the transportation website. You will need to create a parent account with Bus Planner. Please plan for slight variations in times during the first week or so while drivers become familiar with their routes.
Please note the following arrival/dismissal details for this school year. It is important that you review and ensure you understand what to anticipate during arrival and dismissal. We understand that changes in pick-up person will happen and we ask that you please inform all persons responsible for picking your child up of these procedures.

Students are not permitted to be dropped off in front of the building before 8:50 a.m. There is no supervision provided prior to this time. Should you be in need of dropping your child off earlier, please contact the office for information regarding our before school childcare programming.

For arrival, vehicles are to line up single file and wait for staff to begin releasing students from vehicles.

Please refrain from releasing students at front doors - proceed to the front of the car line near the bike rack.

Students are to exit vehicles on CURB SIDE only.

Car name plaques will be sent home with every student on the first day of school. All parents/guardians picking students up from school must have a car name plaque in the passenger front window during dismissal. Cars without plaques will be asked to pull aside until the end of the car line for an ID check. If you are in need of an additional tag, please notify your child’s teacher and we will be sure to get one for you.

During dismissal we will be utilizing two lanes in the front stretch of the building. Students will be loaded into vehicles by staff members on the passenger side only. We ask that all passengers remain in the vehicle. Should you have specific needs requiring you to exit your vehicle, please contact us to make arrangements.

Vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots (front/bus) and walk up to the building to get their child. Students will only be released to vehicles in the car line. Please note that this is for the safety of both students and parents/guardians.

As a reminder, pick-up traffic is to flow heading South on Main St. and will line up along the curb. Right turns into the Eisenhower parking lot are not permitted at arrival/dismissal times.
